MP3.com Partners With AdSociety to Promote

MP3.com, Inc., (Nasdaq: MPPP) announced an alliance today with AdSociety,
the first pan-Asian broadband and wireless advertising, marketing and sales
network. AdSociety will assist in selling advertising to supplement the
direct activities of MP3.com's Asia Division (japan.mp3.com). "We
are very proud to have secured MP3.com as a new member of our global
publisher network. Together with MP3.com (www.mp3.com), AdSociety will offer
many unique and compelling advertising opportunities to Asian advertisers
looking to extend their brands across MP3.com's digital music platform and

has agreed to promote MP3.com's wide range of marketing vehicles to
customers, including: category exclusive sponsorships, co-branded music

Korea, Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand, or allow clients from these
regions to reach the large worldwide Internet audience MP3.com services.
