The AdSociety Group Forms Alliance with AdLINK Extends Online Advertising Network Across Europe To Complete Truly Global Offerings

HONG KONG, & MONTABAUR, August 29, 2001— The AdSociety Group, a majority-owned joint venture of PCCW (SEHK: 0008, NYSE : PCW [ADR]) has signed an exclusive reciprocal sales partnership with AdLINK Internet Media AG, a leading provider of digital communication solutions in Europe.  AdLINK has been listed on Frankfurt’s Neuer Market since May 2000 under the stock quote FSE : 549 015.

For The AdSociety Group, the partnership represents a significant accomplishment in the company’s efforts to create a truly global online advertising network, which spans the hottest online and wireless markets in the world.

The AdSociety Group’s network in North America is currently supported by strategic sales partnerships with NASDAQ-listed L90, a premier marketing, technology and media company in the US, and B2BWorks, a US-based full-service online B2B marketing and media company.
