AdForce Asia and AdSociety form Online Advertising Partnership for Asia Pacific

Hong Kong, October 31st, 2000 - AdForce Asia and AdSociety, two leading online advertising companies, today announced a significant partnership that will create a cornerstone online advertising solution for the Asian market.

Under the agreement, AdForce will provide the underlying ad management technology for AdSociety to deliver consultancy and cutting edge advertising, marketing and sales solutions to e-commerce enterprises, advertisers and agencies in Asia Pacific. The announcement signals both companies' commitment to deploy resources to support the burgeoning industry as a whole, and highlights the need for a strategic alliance providing a network delivery infrastructure that will enable seamless and effective online advertising solutions.

The joint offering will enable clients to develop, place, manage and serve online advertisements incorporating new media elements such as audio, video, VRML, Java applets, Shockwave, Flash and interstitials. The solution will also provide end-user reporting and will leverage both companies' media integration programs to assist Internet plays with the latest technical advantages.
