| Media Genesis and AdSociety Form Strategic Partnership to Introduce Internet Advertising Innovations Across Asia

| HONG KONG - November 13, 2000 - Media Genesis, Asia's first dedicated permission-based e-mail marketing service and AdSociety, the first pan-Asian broadband advertising marketing and sales network, today announced a strategic partnership to introduce integrated internet advertising innovations for e-mail marketing across the Asia Pacific region.
The partnership gives AdSociety the exclusive advertising sales rights on permission-based e-mails sent by Media Genesis for its clients and e-mail list exchange partners. At the same time, AdSociety will integrate Media Genesis' e-mail marketing services into their existing portfolio of products and services for advertising clients. These services are in addition to AdSociety's already impressive portfolio of advertising marking and sales solutions, which currently includes both broadband and narrowband advertising services.
