Simone is The AdSociety Group's assistant vice president of North America, business development group, and is responsible for leading the recruitment and support of The AdSociety Group's affiliate sales and technology partnerships in the US and Europe. Simone has been instrumental in developing our portfolio of narrowband and broadband publisher partners under the AdSociety Group affiliate network, which currently stands at more than 1300 Web sites.

Her further responsibilities include the identification, analysis, and implementation of innovative new media technologies and marketing products and services that go beyond banner advertising to The AdSociety Group's advertiser clients and publishing affiliates.

Prior to joining The AdSociety Group, Simone held several senior sales and management roles at Real Media in Hong Kong and New York where she gained valuable experience with respect to the Internet market and operations. In her most recent role as Technical Sales Manager based in Hong Kong, Simone sold the company's ad management solution to the Asian market, and worked closely with clients to develop internet-based advertising strategies.

Before that, Simone was in New York and as one of Real Media's first employees was responsible for identifying and qualifying potential advertising clients and developing client targeted advertising packages. Simone also performed in-depth analysis of national advertising expenditures and developed sales strategies to maximize key areas of online ad spending.

Simone graduated from New York University, New York with a Bachelors of Arts majoring in International Business, History.
