  Sho Hirasawa
Sho Hirasawa is The AdSociety Group's vice president for business development and partner relations in Japan. Sho has more than 16 years of start-ups and media business experience in radio, satellite broadcast television and the Internet in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and London.

Previously, Sho was director for business development for Japan at Chinadotcom (NASDAQ : CHINA) where his role was to create new partnership opportunities in Japan, the biggest Internet market and the largest online advertising market in Asia.

Prior to joining the Internet business, Sho was the executive producer as well as executive consultant at Japan Entertainment Television (Jet TV), joint venture between Sumitomo Corporation (TSE : 8053) and Tokyo Broadcasting System (TSE : 9401 ) in Singapore. At Jet TV, Sho developed the corporate structure, established its branding and the network's sales division. Sho also successfully created and launched the popular Japanese youth music program JET ALIVE, which was funded by Japan Foundation.

Sho was a member of the pioneering team that launched Star TV, a News Corp company (NYSE: NWS) where he played a major role in advertising sales, content development and distribution in Japan.

An avid writer, Sho was also a UK correspondent for Japan Industrial Journal where he wrote on the Sky Digital Service of British Sky Broadcasting.

Sho graduated from Seijo University, Tokyo and further studies at Goldsmith College, the University of London.
