  Eric Tam
Eric Tam is The AdSociety Group's general manager for Hong Kong, where he oversees the local sales and business development operations. As general manager, Eric is responsible for the company's sales growth within existing accounts, strategic planning for new clients, account management, and partnership development in the local market.

Eric comes with extensive media experience in selling and marketing advertising solutions to the Hong Kong market for both offline and online properties. His well rounded know how of both old and new economy advertising practices stems from an active work history in both print, outdoor, and online advertising industries. He is also very well connected throughout the local industry and brings an impressive network of clients to the business. Prior to joining The AdSociety Group, Eric was business development director at XS-Media.com where his responsibilities include mapping out the company's sales strategy for affiliate media owner to pitch and sell outdoor, print, online and TV advertising services to media buyers.

Eric was also associate general manager for 24/7 Media Asia in Hong Kong where he was part of the core team which pioneered online and e-mail marketing solutions for the local market. Prior to managing online sales, Eric held numerous positions with traditional print and media companies including Pearl & Dean, where led all advertising projects for the Hong Kong International Airport. He was also advertising director for Time Inc. Inflight's Emphasis and advertising manager for Manager Media's Asia Inc.

Eric holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance and economics from Essex University, UK.
